An extra bed can be provided on request.

Towels and bed clothes will be provided as well as cleaning service.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

Information to the renting conditions:

Bookings are binding.
If the booking is cancelled more than 14 dayes before the planned arrival date no costs will be charged. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25 % of the full rent. For more information please have a look into the booking form in the area "booking".

The costs for a single overnight stay are 79,- Euro for a single apartment and 89,- Euro for a double apartment.

Using the accomodation for a week there will be a cleaning fee of 45,- Euro.

Using the accomodation for a month or longer there will be a cleaning fee of 65,- Euro.
